Guest ML
First of all, do your products, particularly the chemical peels, have an expiration date that applies? Secondly, I'm wondering how safe it is to use sulfur on the skin, particularly when you claim that it is absorbed so deeply. Could this be toxic? Have there been long-term studies addressing overall health affects? Thanks.
KAVI Support
Our AHA and BHA peels have a shelf life of one year, however they can last much longer if they are kept out of the sun and in a cool, dry place where the temperature does not fluctuate more than 5 degrees. The sulfur absorption rate from regular use of our soaps will not effect toxic sulfur levels in the body. Modern sulfur-based soaps have been in use for decades, while sulfur itself has been used as a healing agent on the skin for thousands of years.
